City Hall’s lazy cat Mister Gypsy awakes from a deep sleep atop important documents on the New York Mayor’s
 executive secretary’s desk.  The kitten slept so soundly that once Mayor William O’Dwyer thought the cat had died
 and ordered that the dead animal be removed from his office.
